Supported ongoing statuses (case\_ongoing\_id):

| 5020 | No                        |
| ---- | ------------------------- |
| 5024 | Perhaps, but long-dormant |
| 5022 | Unknown                   |
| 5021 | Yes                       |
| 5023 | No reason to think so     |
